Description

• This module can reduce leak test cycle time as much as possible by making large volume products such as EV Battery pressurized in time. 

Specification

• Regulator full scale: 0 to 2 psi, 0.5 to 30 psi, 2 to 100 psi (other customer specifications are available)

• Pressure gauge scale: 0 to 1 bar, ~5 bar, ~10 bar (other customer specifications available)

• Work with leak tester or PLC

• Size: 420×350×180 (mm), customer specifications can be changed 

Time-saving examples

• The time it takes to pressurize 30 mbar to a product with an internal volume of 3L (depending on the product)

• Leak Tester Only: 15 sec

• Leak Tester + External Pressure Module: 3sec
